The CookTek Commercial Induction Room Service Delivery System was derived from the very successful CookTek Pizza Delivery Systems. Using a similar disc which is encapsulated in silicone, the CookTek unit takes three and a half minutes to heat the disc from cold. This disc can then be placed on the room service delivery tray under the plated food which is then covered with a cloche, ensuring the food is delivered hot to the hotel residents room. Due to the heat retention of the disc, when it gets back to the pantry the recharge time will take approximately one and a half to two minutes. No hotel resident orders room service food to have it delivered luke warm or cold. This system guarantees satisfaction for the hotel resident and removes the age old problem of delivering food cold.
