In 1885 Cooper invented the world's first bi-metal oven thermometer and have been refining this technology ever since, so they have the best possible experience in these products. The Cooper range of temperature instruments now extends from rugged bi-metal thermometers, to simple but effective fridge and freezer thermometers, through to waterproof digital pocket test thermometers and remote temperature and humidity monitors.

Speciality products in this range include the digital temperature/time core temperature probes which through the magnetic backs of the control panel, can be placed on the oven front, and a thin armoured cable can be placed into the oven and into the product, to be timed during cook.
