  • The North East Culinary and Trade Association aims to provide skills and opportunities to chefs, service personnel, food producers and all catering professionals in the North Region of England.
     
    By working closely with our partners including catering colleges, employers, food suppliers manufacturers and staging major annual events, such as the Salon Culinaire, NECTA plans to raise the profile and quality of the hospitality industry in the North East.
