The Cooktek 650 Watt Drop In Induction Buffet Warmers work on a simlilar technology to the Incogneeto units, except instead of projecting waves through the counter, these units are cut into the counter and have a glass surface.

They can also be supplied fitted into a counter top Cooktek Buffet Box (see photo), giving greater flexibilty for the operator.
