Three Phase Cooking

To complement the success of CookTeks heavy duty single phase cooking induction hobs, CookTek have developed an equally heavy duty range of three phase, commercial induction cooking platforms, in various kilowatt loadings from 2.5Kw to 8Kw per hob. They are available as standalone four hob and six hob units, and also available as four or six hob built-in units, with remote inverters (power unit).

New models in three phase induction cooking continue to be developed, with the latest able to be designed into island ranges or bespoke counters with varying power levels from 2.5kw to 8kw

CookTek have also developed three high powered, three phase, specialist units. The first product is a 5Kw counter-top wok, the other two products are an 8Kw floor standing stock pot unit and a floor standing 8Kw wok unit with a larger (500mm) bowl.

These units are also covered by our 5 years parts and labour warranty. 

The CookTek Induction Three Phase Counter Top Hobs are not only extremely durable, but also are able to be supplied in a range of power ratings, from 2.5kW per hob through to 8kW per hob, or a mixture of these across the unit.

The surface of the units can be used fully, allowing pans to be moved around accordingly.

This powerful heavy duty unit has a five years parts and labour warranty, and is designed to work in the busiest kitchens.
