Engineered for easy installation - can be flush mounted with counter.

Optimised internal air flow over cooling baffles combined with continuous duty fans to cope with higher ambient temperature - up to 50ºC. Cabinet area must also have adequate ventilation - see spec sheet.

 

Heritage Double Drop In/Built In Induction Hob

Heritage Series Double Drop-In with Rotary Control - Front-to-back or Side-by-side

Can be surface mounted or flush with counter.

Stainless steel surround to protect glass edge.

20 power settings with LED displays under glass.

Max 50ºC ambient (cabinet must have adequate ventilation - see spec sheet)

Switchable from power setting to temperature setting for precise holding.

Separate control box with protected rotary control knobs.

Supplied with Cat5e/6 control cable with RJ45 connectors.

Choice of 3 max power ratings - 6kw, 7kw or 7kW (so 2.5kW, 3.0kW or 3.5kW per hob) 240V 50/60Hz Single Phase

Front-to-back (suffix "F) or Side-by-side (suffix "S").
